    Over 80% of homebuyers browse online 3 to 6 months before starting their home search.

    If you were to ask the question "which website would you consult if you wanted to buy a property?” people will often say RE/MAX, MLS, SIA, Chambre Immobilière and a few others...

    It is very important to display your property on at least a dozen websites.

    It is equally important to display your property on international websites as the Outaouais region is home to many foreign workers and immigrants.

  • AVAILABILITY:

    Homebuyers are often eager to visit and buy as soon as they are approved. It is therefore important that the property be available upon request at least 4-5 days or nights a week, and within 24 hour notice.

  • YOUR AGENT:

    YOUR AGENT IS THE FRONT DOOR TO YOUR PROPERTY.

     

    It is through him that everything happens: the client requests, the broker’s requests and most importantly, all the follow up calls.

    It is through him that they have access to information about your property.

    He is like your "passport," the beacon on your lighthouse.

    Understandably, he must live up to all expectations.

    He should be available 7 days a week.

    He must show the property himself.

    He must give a detailed report to the seller.

    He must cooperate with any customer of any nationality and on any budget without discrimination.

    He must cooperate with brokers of all agencies.

    He must return calls from buyers within an hour.

    He must hold an open house at least once every 30-45 days.

    He must do the proper marketing to ensure your property is a priority listing.

    He must network to promote your property.

    He must know your property from A to Z to promote it properly.

    He must work within the homebuyer’s budget.

    He must refer the homebuyer to a reputable mortgage broker.

    He must be honest and tell the truth, even when it is negative.
